Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to participate and provide accurate information about yourself. The service may refuse or stop assistance where required for safety, legal compliance or abuse prevention.

Nature of the service

IndianCupid provides introduction assistance and customer-service guidance. We do not guarantee the availability of a specific person, compatibility, replies, meetings, relationships, engagement or marriage.

Representative content

Unless explicitly identified otherwise, photographs and relationship journeys on landing pages are representative or illustrative marketing content, not a guarantee that a person shown is an available member or that a described result will occur.

Respectful use

You may not harass, threaten, impersonate, deceive, exploit or discriminate against another person. You may not use the service for illegal activity, commercial solicitation, trafficking, coercion or financial fraud.

Fees and payments

Before paying, obtain a clear explanation of the service, price, duration and refund conditions from the assigned consultant. Keep payment records. Do not pay personal requests from someone you meet through an introduction unless you independently understand and accept the risk.

Personal responsibility

You are responsible for verifying identity, deciding what to share and arranging safe meetings. Use public places and tell someone you trust. IndianCupid is not responsible for private promises or transactions made between users.

The website and customer-service routing may be unavailable temporarily. We may modify the service or these terms and will publish updated terms on this page.
